What Causes Red Bruises On The Wrist And Knee After An Injury?
Hi I fell down the stairs badly and injured my wrist, knees and worst of all my right shin. It is extremely painful to touch, very warm around damaged areas and a red bruising in particular is appearing along the shin. Do I need to go to the emergency room to check it out? Painful to walk too. Thanks

The symptoms seem to be related to microtrauma. I recommend you to go to the emergency room and get an x-ray done.
Fractures should be excluded. I also suggest you use vitamin K cream for local application.
In the case of pain, you cause anti-inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen three times a day.
