General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Let me tell you that the symptoms described by you suggest that you have piles. You can better send me a photo of the bump on reports in order to better evaluate it. I suggest cremagel ointment apply locally and stool softer medication. I also suggest avoid spicy food and take high fibres diet. Plenty of drinking water and regular exercise helps in piles management.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Arup Majumdar, General & Family Physician
