What Causes Red Bumps Across Chest,face,ears And Back?
My 18 month old daughter has tiny red bumps across her chest going up to her face and behind her ears, as well as the top of her back. She currently has a bad ear infection and is getting over pink eye, so I wasn't sure if it's an allergic reaction to the medicine or if it's eczema.
