Hello,

Digestive changes after childbirth can lead to gas buildup, causing pain. Take home-made well-cooked food that are easily digestible. Avoid taking fried food, hot spicy food. Take boiled food for a couple of days as you are also feeding the baby. Hormonal changes can lead to constipation, which may result in abdominal discomfort. To avoid constipation, take fiber rich food. Take laxatives if needed. Keep yourself well hydrated.

Weakness or trauma to the pelvic floor muscles can lead to pain. Do not do strenuous exercises, avoid doing heavy work. You can take antacids or PPIs, one stat when needed. Avoid taking too many medicines as you are feeding the baby. Red bumps all over the body may be due to allergies to foods, medications, or environmental factors. Take care of your hygiene and avoid taking food that triggers symptoms.

Fluctuations in hormones can also lead to skin changes, including rashes or bumps. It will get resolved as the body adjusts with the hormonal changes. You are advised to take care of your hygiene. Take bath regularly and change clothes from inside out. Get all your clothes be washed in hot water and savlon. Do not touch, scratch or pick. After bath, you can apply ointment hydrocortisone on the affected area to get rid of itching.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
