What Causes Red Bumps Around Areola And Armpits?

I recently broke out with about 35 red bumps in pubic area.I'm 31 full hysterectomy 2 yrs ago. I take no meds, nor do I shave down there. Im have large red bumps around ariola of breasts, and big dime size ones on arm pitts. I also have other little pimple like bumps on my body to.any answers? Thanks carrie
