What Causes Red Bumps On Butt After Wearing Diapers?
My 14month old has red bumps looking things on his bottom and a few on his leg and stomach but there are quite a few on his bottom. We just changed diapers to see if he could do a cheaper brand of diapers and this is when it appeared but he wasnt just wearing the cheap brand, I would mix it up so I dont know if its the diapers or something else

Avoid cheap diapers, go for well known good quality
Avoid daytime diapers
Use emollients / diaper rash oinments for healing
