What Causes Red Bumps On Genitals And White Patches On Thighs?

I have 2 problems number one I have non pussy itchy red bumps on my scrotum and penis I don t think it s herpes or genital warts but I m not sure what it is. I just need an idea of what I can do until I can afford a doctors visit. Number 2 I have an itchy white rash all over my thighs and around my buttocks its bloctches of rough shoe patches..... I can send photos if needed.

Hi,

1. With regards to your non pussy itchy red bumps on your scrotum and penis, I'd request to have a photo to get them analyzed.
From what you are describing, fungal infection is one possibility.

2. I also need to have a photo of the white rash all over your thighs and around your buttocks blotching of rough shoe patches. These make me think of psoriasis as a possible diagnosis.

I advise to :
- keep a good local hygiene
- apply clotrimazole cream locally
until you consult with dermatologist.
