What Causes Red Bumps On Neck And Chest Radiating Towards Waist?

So the other day I notice tiny small red bumps on my neck and chest. It didn t itch so it didn t bother me too much but then yesterday I noticed that it has now spread to my arms and down to my waist. Hasn t hit anywhere below my waist but I have no idea what it could be. There is still no signs of itching but the bumps are various of different sizes. I also should mention, I did have unprotected sex last week and was hoping that there was no connection but you never know.

I really appreciate your concern, such eruption of rash could be due to hypersensitivity and this can be well managed with "Hydrocortisone cream" and "Tab Levocetirizine 10 mg" three times in day, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
