General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms of your partner seem to be related to balantitis. Balanitis is irritation of the head (glans) of your penis. It's usually caused by poor hygiene or an infection. Red spots, swelling, and itching are common symptoms. I suggest using an antifungal cream for local application such as Clotrimazole cream. If the bumps does not go away,I recommend to use a steroid cream.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
