What Causes Red Bumps On The Arms, Legs And Chest Of A Child?
My 10 year old daughter has tiny light red bumps on her. The front of her arms legs and a few on her chest and face. She used to get a contact dermatitis from our pool when she was younger. She had a high temperature yesterday and the day before. No temperature today but now the bumps.

The symptoms seem to be related to contact dermatitis.
I suggest using Calamine lotion for local application.
I also suggest using antihistamines such as Benadryl for relief.
