What Causes Red Bumps On The Torso?

I wake up with small, red, non-itchy sores on my torso. I ve had Shingles, it s not that. They are not welts. It s like small round part s of my skin has been scratched off. They always appear side by side in group s of 2 or 3. Are they spider s, bed bug s or possibly me scratching myself?

There is no treatment for shingles. antiviral antibiotic can be taken like acyclovir. symptomatic treatment like antihistamine and analgesic can be tried. anticonvulsant drug like gaba pen tine can be tried some doctor recomand for it.
