Recently I started getting red bumps with what looks like white heads on my shoulders. It's now spreading to my chest and upper arms. The bumps itch a little but they are not painful. There doesn't seem to be anything that comes out of the bumps if they are popped. Can you tell me what this might be? I haven't been exposed to anything that might cause an allergic reaction.
