What Causes Red Circular Itchy Bump At The Leg Joint?

Itchy like crazy, red circular bump right where my foot attaches to my legbone . Ive tried oxistat, dermatovate, and elocon creams. None have worked. i usually get it when i wear my cowboy boots to go out on the weekend. And for it to go away, by itself, is usually a month. What could it be?

Hi,
the itching seems to be of what's called (CONTACT ECZEMA),you need may be to change your boot as the reason might be from the boot material that causing this kind of allergy to you.
did you tried the medicine (alfacort cream)??you can try using it especially at night time and before going to sleep+ wear a cotton type socks is so important.
