What Causes Red Circular Itchy Spots On Neck And Shoulder?
Looking for something that would cause red circular pitted spots slightly raised about the size of a pencil tip ... starts out looking like just a red circle...extremely itchy... and gets a tiny pit in the center that gets bigger... turns a yellowish color like pus but nothing ever comes out. Across neck and shoulders. Lasts for weeks, New ones keep coming.thank you

I really appreciate your concern, infective dermatitis is very likely cause and it can be initially treated with topical steroid and antibiotic and best combination is "Beclomethasone with neomycin" have bath twice in day hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
