What Causes Red Colored Rashes On Urethra In Children?

Hi, My daughter 3 years old had UTI about 2 weeks ago .... she got antibiotic course for 10 days and is doing fine now but today i could see red rash in her urethra s upper part...and yesterday there was thin layer of light whitish coloured liquid ...that had almost dried up... in the same upper portion of urethra.... what could it be ? worried...

it is presumed that urine culture and sensitivity has been done. reapet the urine test gofor culture and microscopic test. it can be just phosphate. so ruteine test mcan exclude it.
