Hi welcome to health care magic....
Red coloured urine and burning suggestive toward acute
urinary tract infection....
It could be secondary to stone ....
Investigation done with ...
1.Urine routine microscopic examination
2.USG abdomen
3.Urine culture
If urine shows pus cells more antibiotic started empirically like
levofloxacin and than shift antibiotic according to culture report .
Urinary alkalinizer also useful..like pottasium citrate ...
Drink more water
Avoid excess spicy food
Fruit juice esp cranberry juice useful...
If stone present and big in size than its removal by
laser necessary...
USG will also help in rule out
kidney infection , bladder infection etc if present
Take care
Advise : Nephrologists consultation....
