What Causes Red Dots On The Palm?
Hi I have these little red dots on the palms of my hands after I have played my video game and started sweating on my hands it s just turned warmer where I live and now my hands itch and have this rash it s not a blistering rash but it s inside of my skin as just red dots

Hello,
You are having little red dots on your palms of your hands after playing video game. The rash is itchy and uncomfortable. Your symptoms are indicative of scabies. Wash your hands thoroughly with running water and anti bacterial soap. Let it dry, apply Ascabiol lotion in the palms and between the web spaces of your palms. Leave it there for 25-30 minutes and then wash it off. Repeat the application after 10-15 days. It should clear off.
Applying Permethrin 5% dermal cream on the affected area is also effective. If the video game is played with your other family members or friends, they should also get treated. Scabies is contagious, it spreads very fast by contact with clothing or bedding. Do not share your clothes, toiletries or any private objects. Get your clothes washed frequently in hot water.

Red dots o palm can be due to petechiae formation. Petechiae formation usually occurs due to disorders of platelets and / or coagulation system. I suggest you to consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment and relevant investigations - platelet count and coagulation tests - prothrombin time and activated partial thromboplastin time.
