What Causes Red Dry Creases Along The Nasolabial Line?
Hi, I have come out in cement like creases along the right nasolabial line.. Little lines ver off from the nasolabial line and it is red and dry.. I ve had fillers before and nothing has ever happened like this.. My last fillers along the lines were 6mths ago.. I have never had skin problems on my face.. I m using coconut oil to moisterise the area..
Hello and welcome to HCM, The red, dry creases along the naso-labial folds appear to be due to skin dryness. The dermal fillers are injected deep into the dermis and are unlikely to cause any redness or dryness on the skin surface. Coconut oil is a good moisturizer and can help to reduce the dryness. However, if the dryness still persists, you need to consult a dermatologist for clinical assessment to rule out any skin dermatosis.
Thanks and take care Dr Shailja Puri
