What Causes Red, Itchy Bites With White Heads On My Butt Cheeks?

I have bites on my butt cheeks that turned into what looks like bruises. We treated for bed bugs and fleas, but now I have more bites. The first ones were flat and red, itched, and we re along my panty line. The new ones are raised, red, have white heads, itch like crazy, and are going up my back.

cannot evaluate dermatologic conditions without seeing them. ANd.. some general principles. It is unlikely that bugs will bite only one particular place, the exception being scabies where there are individual bugs involved not a bite.
On the other hand, bacterial infections usually hit one or a few sites so, a rubbed, moist area or a place with hairs often gets several clumps of bacterial infections.
