What Causes Red Itchy Bumps With Dark Discoloration On The Body?

What causes itchy red bumps with dark center? I have these red bumps that only itch when in contact with something such as a shower or rubbed against my clothes with a dark center what is that? It spreads it I scratch it and the circle becomes bigger. I had these bumps for over 6 months now?

Hi.
As per your case history you are probably having allergic dermatitis.
My treatment advice is -
1. Avoid using any new products like soap or perfume.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic plus steroid cream like fusiderm-b cream twice daily on affected skin.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 7-10 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral steroid taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
