I have place on my lower left leg above my ankle that feels rough and hard. Also higher up on side of my left leg & under my knee feels rough. Sometimes there is I guess I could say a little pain that gets my attention & maybe a little warm sensation. I know it sounds kind of crazy. Also on my right shoulder there is a patch of of redness which can be a little itchy when my strap rubs against it. Could you help me out or give me some kind of advise. Thank you so much!
