What Causes Red Itchy Patches On Ankles?
I have red scaly patches on my anckles and they are getting worse day by day.2 years ago i went to the farm house n i got these rash at the begining i just some itchin. On my anckles there was no single mark on my ankles But now there is too many patches all around both ankles i think its a grass infection i have read about this but dont know what should i do? Kindly sugges me some medicine to treat this.Want to get rid of this huge problem.Reply soon

1.Rashes due to contact with allergic and poisonous agent found in herbs like poison oak or ivy, or present in the insect’s sting or animal’s bite.
2. Psoriasis, impetigo and eczema are few of the diseases that are known to produce rashes or skin eruption.
3. Fungal Infection
Following steps can be taken
1.Maintain hygiene as this is very important in preventing skin eruption. Wash ankles in antiseptic solution. try not touch it
2.Anti allergic medicament can be tried such as benedryl, cetrizine.
3.Antifungal cream can be given in case of fungal infection.
If problem persist visit a dermatologist
