What Causes Red Itchy Randomly Distributed Rashes All Over The Body?
I have had a itchy red, random rash for over a week now. It s gets hot and bumpy and then leaves whip marks when I have scratched it... I was told it was an allergic reaction to tablets but it ha now gone on for too long and hasn t improved with recommended medication

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of red itchy randomly distributed rashes all over the body which is probably due to viral infection which is lowering down your immunity and making you prone for infection. It could be due to allergic reactions and contact dermatitis. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to take combination of antiviral drug along with anti-inflammatory drug. Avoid hot, spicy and sharp food substances. Take diet rich in multivitamins and vitamin C. You should not touch or prick red bumps. Your symptoms will resolve in 4-5 days. If symptoms keeps on persisting visit ENT specialist/ dermatologist once and get some routine blood investigation and skin patch test done. Take hot milk rich in turmeric as it will boost immunity.
