Hello I appreciate your concern Looking at your description you might have injured mucosal lining of the rectum and anal canal which might have set in an active inflammation of distal part of rectum or anal canal
I would advise you to follow these guidelines Avoid constipation by taking laxatives or stool softeners Have lots of fresh fruit and vegetables or dietary fiber supplements. You may require a course of antibiotics like metronidazole and norfloxacin under supervision. you can apply lignocaine anaesthetic ointment for pain relief.
Please write back to me with more details so that I will be able to tell you more accurately like your age and relevant medical history
Waiting for your reply Best wishes
