What Causes Red Large Spots All Over The Skin Of The Baby When Taken Out?

My baby gets red large spots all over skin when taken out in the heat, should I be concerned? They are not raised like a heat rash but he is a quarter black so we expected him to not be as pale as he is but he looks very white considered his ethnicity.

Hi, these skin rash is body's reaction to sunlight, i think you should keep child away from direct sunlight. An exposure of 15 minutes is sufficient for vitamin d development in child. I think that you should not worry about this. Good day.
