What Causes Red Lesions On The Scalp?
In the last week I have noticed two red lines on my scalp appear, almost like scars or scratches. I have no idea what they are from. My scalp is always very greasy and oily as well. I shave my head with a razor every 3-4 days due to receeding hairline. Any assistance would be great.

I really appreciate your concern, the most probable cause of this symptoms would be contact dermatitis and it can be said from the history given here, it can be managed with Beclomethasone cream, else it is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
