What Causes Red Lines On The Middle Of Back?

My son has these red lines in his back from the middle if his back to waistline in each side. The lower quarter are indented and red? What could be the possible cause. No fever, no change in appetitle, nothing out of the ordinary. . Thank you. Marty

I really appreciate your concern, such skin lesion could be due to hypersensitivity possibly contact dermatitis and in my opinion it can be managed with "Diphenhydramine lotion" no need to worry about this, condition may be self limiting, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
