Understanding y our concern. As per your query red lumps in throat and white bumps all over the mouth can be bacterial or viral in nature. Need not to panic about it. You should start taking antibiotics like Azithromycin or Amoxicillin. Take Ibuprofen for reduction in pain and inflammation. Gargle with a numbing mouthwash before meals so that there will be comfort in eating and swallowing. Do warm saline gargles. Apply dologel on red lumps. Take a soft and bland diet and avoid hot, spicy and hard foods. Take diet rich in multivitamins. Your symptoms will resolve in 3 to 4 days and in case if still there is no improvement consult an ENT physician and get examined and start treatment as per diagnosis.
