What Causes Red Painful Bumps In Genitals Along With Irritation?

A day after using a different soap on my perineal area, I had some irritation down there. I ve tried many creams and I think they have made it worse. I looked today and I have small red bumps down there that are painful, and hurts really bad during urination, and doing daily activities. I have a doctors appt Monday but really need some relief now.

I really appreciate your concern, such lesion may be due to some fungal infection and this can be best managed with "Miconazole cream" mean while stop using soap, keep the area clean, take care for hygiene, and this is nothing to worry, have a nice day.
