What Causes Red Painful Lumps On Left Upper Buttocks?
I have red, painful lumps on my left upper buttocks closer to my crack. The lumps are very painful. Walking, sitting, and laying down aggravates the pain. I tried popping them but nothing happens they kind of resemble painful scabs on the lumps now. How do I get rid of these painful lumps.

It seems that there might be having some local skin infection like ingrown hair follicle infection or dermatitis.
Do not try to pop the bumps.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course for 5 days.
Avoid local part remain wet more.
Keep local hygiene proper.
