What Causes Red Part In Eye Of Baby?

My baby is 20 days old now. She is a premature baby, born 40 days earlier than normal. Now she is healthy at home and getting milk from her mother. She is weighing around 2200. She has a red part on the upper cover of her eye ? I wanted to know if this is normal.
