What Causes Red Patch Of Skin On Cheek, Chin And Forehead?

Dealing with redness in the face sometimes appears like a butterfly like mask which I believe is symptoms of rosacea but other times it will show on one cheek or just the chin or forehead one patch very red and hot to the touch. I wasn t sure if rosacea jumped around like that.
