What Causes Red Patches Along With Itching On The Penis Head?

Sir, I am 27 and married. For the last four days I am experiencing itching sensation in my penis head inside the skin. I noticed there are some white and reddish patches in the same. I had sex by using coconut oil for lubrication coz my wife had an pimple like particle in her vagina and it is irritating and paining. What is the reason for the problem? I am so confused. Some white cream like dry thing is inside the skin of my penis and I cleaned tat. My penis head seems very dry and it is itching. Please help me in this case.

Hi,
Let me tell you that the symptoms described by you suggest that you have a fungal infection. You can better send me a photo of the rash on reports in order to better evaluate it. 
I would suggest taking antifungal medication such as fluconazole 150mg once a weekly. I also suggest clotrimazole ointment apply locally.
I advise using cotton underwear and maintain good hygiene.
