What Causes Red Pimple Like Bumps In Pubic Area And Pain During Urination?

I have about 40 red pimple like bumps that appeared yesterday and they are super irritated and have scabbed over in the middle of most of them. Also having painful urination (burning). The bumps are mostly located on the upper part of my pubic area just above my penis area. Do you know what this could be?

I really appreciate your concern, it could be due to some infection and it can be well managed with 'Tab Erythromycin 500 mg' three times in day along with this "Povidone Iodine" can be apply take care for good hygiene, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
