Most probable cause of your symptoms is
dyshidrotic eczema. Other similar disorders are:
Bullous Pemphigoid
Contact Urticaria Syndrome
Epidermolysis Bullosa
Erythema Multiforme
Fixed Drug Eruptions
Friction Blisters
Irritant Contact Dermatitis
Pemphigoid
Pemphigus Vulgaris
Yours is most probably dyshidrotic eczema. The treatment is as follows:
1) Pharmacologic treatment begins with high-strength, topical
corticosteroids. In recalcitrant cases, systemic corticosteroids are the next line of treatment.
2) Clobetasol, Fluocinonide, Prednisone,
Betamethasone and
Triamcinolone are topical steroids effective in treatment.
3) Tacrolimus 0.1% or Pimecrolimus 1% are effective.
4) Methotrexate, Azathioprine, cyclosporine are also effective
5) Antihistamines like Loratadine and Hydroxyzine.
