hello my name is Sue , and i have a rednish pimple or some thing near the bottom off my breast , just above the bra line under my left breast , i sweat alot , i am big chested ,so it has been there for a few weeks . Would i need to get antibotics to heal it , it is little ithcy when i move it , to have a look , it kind of has maybe a black head at the point of it but red not too big , but i was wondering what it is , the other breast does not have it ? Thank you
