Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am waking up in the night almost every night with white or red pimple like welts on butt and legs and some on head by ear lobe and one or two else where that itch allot for a while then go away I cant seem to sleep or sleep well for the last month and is effecting my everyday doing because I feel very weak and cant seem to move some days
Can you send me photos of your red and white pimples? Also, please mention to me other symptoms you may have so I can tell you what it might be. Do your symptoms appear only during night or you have them all the time?
If your daily activities involves sweating a lot, that can explain your symptoms. However, I'm thinking over a possible skin infection for which antibiotics are required to take orally.
Keep good personal hygiene. Wash your body with antibacterial soap. Can apply antibacterial cream mixed with anti-itching cream locally for at least 5 days. Can find them over the counter.
If still no improvement, dermatologist to consult for further evaluations and treatment.
Hope this helped. Dr.Albana
