Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Red, Raised Blister Like Lesions On Fingertips And Pads Of Toes?
my 15 yer old grandson has developed red raised blister like lesions on all finger tips and on the pads of his toes. only recent change was to move from Erie Pa to Phoenix AZ in the last month. no fever or other viral symptoms no rash on other body parts. thanks you for some direction on this.
The symptoms seem to be related to a fungal infection. I recommend using an anti-fungal cream for local application such as Clotrimazole cream. I also suggest to maintain a good hygiene and use cotton socks.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
