What Causes Red Rash On The Penis After Masturbation?
I m a teenage male and I ve masterbated ever since I was 10 or 11. But now, every single time I masterbate, my penis get a red rash type thing right below the head. It goes away after a while but when I masterbate, it comes right back. My penis also feels somewhat sore after masterbating. What should I do to make the redness go away & for my penis to not feel sore? Also, if I masterbate too much with a grip that is too tight (without any form of lubricant), can it damage my penis?

Understand your concern
According to my opinion your red rash after masturbation due do repeated friction injury that is due to tight grip without any form lubrication.
Bacterial and fungal infection, allergy to chemical bath and cosmetic product.
In this type of case I prescribed following medicine and advice.
Apply ointment of clotrimazole (0.5 %) + neomycine (1%) + betamethasone (0.05 %).
Use neutral soap like dove or antibacterial soap, liquid soap is also useful.
Keep the area clean and dry. Avoid tight grip during masturbation and use lubrication to prevent friction.
You can also apply liquid based lotion that contain vitamin and alovera.
Maintain hygiene after masturbation and wear pure cotton loose undergarment.
So I advised you to consult the dermatologist for proper examination and take prescribed drug.
