What Causes Red Rash On The Roof Of Mouth And Uvula?

i have a red rash on the roof of my mouth towards the back and some red dots on my uvula also. i am currently on a z-pak for bronchitis and sinus infection. what could be the cause of the rash/bumps? No sore throat or fever. lots of drainage otherwise feeling okay.

So sorry to hear about your problem and will try my level best to resolve it to the best of my knowledge and experience..

As per your complain it seems that red rash over the roof of mouth towards the back with red dots on uvula along with having bronchitis and sinus infection seems to be probably due to post nasal drip that is draining at the back of throat..
Due to post nasal drip there is infection and inflammation in throat as the mucous draining at the back of throat is infected as it is draining from infected sinuses..
Nothing to worry as the symptoms will resolve once the infection and drainage subsides..
I would suggest you to continue to take antibiotics for the specified period of time and along with it do warm saline gargles, steam inhalation and take anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen..
In case of worsening of symptoms consult an Otolaryngologist and get examined..
