Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

It may be irritation... called irritant contact dermatitis. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. I would recommend you to apply mild steroid cream. Take antihistamines like Cetirizine 10 mg daily. Also take oral steroid in tapering dose for few weeks. Avoid contact with suspected irritant like soap, detergent or other.. ok

Hope this helps.
