What Causes Red Rashes After Getting Breast Implants?
my wife had silicone implants in both her breast 2011. she woke this morning (sunday) with appears to be a rash, mostly red, not bumpy, has no fever. the rash just appeared today after she took her shower. the area is directly under her left breast. could this just be an abrasion or rash. she had slept on the same side on the couch in an unusual posistion. Any thoughts

Hi. Does the area look wet, macerated? or is it dry, scaly? There are few possibilities like candidiasis, contact dermatitis, abrasions (traumatic) etc. Probably, its not possible to determine the cause by this description alone. Kindly consult a dermatologist. Meanwhile, apply a bland moisturizer like vaseline. Thanks
