I have a red rash, that has a lot of little red bumps. I don't feel the bumps when I run my finger across them. The rash goes from below my belly button down to my groin area. I have gotten this in the past which I figured was just a rash developed from friction when having sex. I am sexually active and have had unproctected sex in the past. Do you know what this could be?
