What Causes Red Rashes And Itchy Skin On Face While Using Lobate GM?

Hi, I was using Lobate GM neo cream on my face from many years, now i realized that I am addicted to it, not able to stop using it, getting red rashes all over, itching badly, if i stop, my skin is so dry that i can bare it for even 5 mins, I feel my face swell if i don't use it. Doctor has given me a mild steriod to use for 15 days and then stopped it and now I am using A-Derma Epitheliale A.H cream 3-4 times in a day as my skin is so dry. also using the same face wash, Please suggest on this
