What Causes Red Rashes And Puffiness Under Eye?
i have a rash under each eye. it is red and puffy and occasionally dry & flaky. I sometimes have this on my eyelid and eyebrow as well. I ve had this condition for about a month and have tried calendula salve which helps. I sleep with a full mask CPAP, and have taken to cleaning it every day. this also helps, but the symptoms are still there. ideas?
