Hello Dear. You might be having fungal infection in the groin area and urinary tract infection (UTI). Better to consult a physician and get urine analysis done. Itchy rash around vulva, buttocks are treated with candid ointment or ketoconazole ointment. For reducing itching tablet cetrizine is given 2 or 3 times per day. If the rashes are extensive the doctor may also prescribe Tablet fluconazole 150 mg once a week for 3 weeks. Should always keep the area dry. Urinary tract infection is treated with Tablet Norflox twice a day for one week and syrup citralka 5ml thrice a day for one week. Fever can be treated with tablet paracetamol or dolo-650 three times a day till fever subsides.
Drink plenty of water and tender coconut water to clear UTI.
