Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

The rash could be a simple erythema (dilatation of blood vessels) or telangiectasia or pigmented purpuric dermatoses.

The rash usually does not require any treatment. But, I request you to consult your Dermatologist to undergo thorough clinical examination and to rule out any underlying vascular disease.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
