I am on a fixed short budget at this and ran out of coconut oil and cocoa flavonoid powder after about a month, so I was just adding the cinnamon and turmeric to my coffee and to my oatmeal for about a month when I noticed around my month and my noise were red and having very fine grit sandpaper fill. I stopped having the spices in my coffee and oatmeal and after a week or so the symptoms went away. This week, I had 3 night time cups (Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday nights) of Green Tea with one dash of cinnamon and turmeric each, in my tea. Now my symptoms come back full blown.
