What Causes Red Rashes On The Legs?
I have lot of red marks on both the legs . They are because of ingrown hair which sometimes even leads to pimples with pus. They look really bad. I have tried everything. I even drink juice of Neem but, all in vain. Nothing works. I have my marriage in sometime. Kindly suggest some quick remedy

Consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
As the first line of management, you can apply low potency steroids like Betamethasone ointment for symptomatic relief.
