What Causes Red Rashes Under The Skin Of The Penis?

So I had this rash under my skin of my penis I m not circum and it went away kinda but now there s these little red rash dots on my head of my penis but there s only 1 and a couple around my penis but I ve been using cortizone 10 for it does it work well it it work ?

As per your query, you have symptoms of red rashes under the skin of the penis which is mainly due to infection of the foreskin and due to frictional heat generation due to constant rubbing against clothes.

Need not to worry. I would suggest you wash your genitals with lukewarm water almost twice daily and take a broad-spectrum antibiotic like Cefotaxime along with anti-inflammatory medication. You should apply a topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin.

You should wear loose clothes to avoid frictional heat. Avoid touching or pricking rashes. I would suggest you consult a dermatologist for proper examination. The doctor may prescribe an antihistamine, corticosteroid ointment depending upon your condition.
